During a Reimagining Session, you will receive supportive, research-grounded space to explore how your child’s brain and nervous system shape their behavior, emotions, and capacity for connection.
You will learn practical tools to:
Understand behavior through a nervous-system lens
Respond to challenging moments with calm, clarity, and compassion
Strengthen connection, even when emotions run high
Build habits that support regulation for both you and your child
After the 30 minute session, you’ll leave feeling more confident, equipped, and grounded, with a new understanding of your child’s behaviors.
The Sound & Movement Program is a gentle, neuroscience-informed approach designed to retune the nervous system and support healthy brain and body development. By combining the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) with Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT), this program helps strengthen the vagus nerve, support emotional regulation, and integrate early movement patterns essential for learning, behavior, and resilience.
Parents guide the child through the program 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks which creates a stronger connection between the child and parent.
In addition, parents will receive a 30-minute Reimagining Session once a week for 6 weeks to begin understanding behavior using a new lens and to build habits to support regulation for the entire family.
